1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original professional packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or tool marks.
- Consumables that have been opened (e.g., grinding discs, saw blades, or drill bits).
- Custom-ordered equipment or special “Final Sale” clearance items.
- Products missing original accessories, manuals, or serial number tags.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Packaging: Once approved, place the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure the tool is stabilized to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it to verify its condition.
- Approval: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timeline: Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit to your account.
- Restocking Fee: For high-value industrial machinery (e.g., Magnetic Drills or stationary saws) that has been opened but remains unused, a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
